Bunker Haus
In "normal" mode it functions just like any other home. In case of a global or regional emergency, it can transform itself into an impenetrable safe house, complete with an off-the-grid bunker carved 80 m into the granite mountainside.

Skylights are "normal" when in day-to-day mode but illuminate with manufactured full spectrum light when the steel doors are shut.

Deep into the mountain, there are a series of impenetrable steel and concrete passages.

A 30 meter tall LED pannel dome can simulate any weather pattern or time of day, fire suppression sprinklers can even simulate rain on demand.
